The Plight of Joe Lieberman...
I like the image of him as Carlo in the Godfather as someone mentioned earlier. Let's take his gavel from him and just whore him out for our own purposes. Senators Patrick Leahy and Bernie Sanders, both from Vermont seem to agree and called for his chairmanship to be revoked yesterday! I think Sanders states the nut of the case: "To reward Senator Lieberman with a major committee chairmanship would be a slap in the face of millions of Americans who worked tirelessly for Barack Obama and who want to see real change in our country."
