Guess which shameless GOP hack pundit with his nose lodged firmly in Bush’s asshole said this:
“I'm not sure it's partisan. I'm not sure people are going to see him as part of any Republican culture of corruption.”

You’ve got to hand it to the Rethugs: without even blinking an eye they’re going to frame the Abramoff scandal — which is virtually synonymous with the GOP corruption machine — as a bipartisan affair. And with a huge assist from the mainstream media and a rudderless, piss-scared Democratic party, they’ll probably get away with it.
Welcome to 2006; same as it ever was.
