We Need a Blue Dress

Morford on our national nightmare.

I disagree with the notion that the DSM simply restates what we already know and thus has no real impact. In fact, this line of thinking pisses me off. The addition of new evidence in an already strong case should not be dismissed in this manner. The accumulation of evidence matters. Shit, this is a basic principle of jurisprudence. It’s called circumstantial evidence.

Anyway, he’s right that the people in the position to take legal action against BushCo ARE BushCo.

So no matter how strong the circumstantial evidence against these fascist cocksuckers, we’re nowhere until we have a true smoking gun (e.g., Bush confessing on national TV that he lied the country into war).

That’s the standard that has to be met, and it is fucking infuriating.
